People Power Party Recommends Professor Han Seok-hoon as Recommendation Committee Member for the Corruption Investigation Office Chief

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] On the 24th, the People Power Party appointed Professor Han Seok-hoon of Sungkyunkwan University School of Law as a new member of the High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Agency (PCA) Chief Candidate Recommendation Committee.

Joo Ho-young, the floor leader of the People Power Party, stated at the emergency committee meeting held at the National Assembly on the same day, "We decided to recommend Professor Han as the successor to Im Jeong-hyeok, who felt inadequate in operating the PCA Chief Recommendation Committee and resigned," adding, "We will complete the recommendation process this afternoon."

Professor Han is a graduate of the 18th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute and has worked at the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office and Gwangju High Prosecutors' Office.
