View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 11th that it will conduct intensive inspections of about 1,500 locations, including key management facilities and Level 2 target facilities, to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
This inspection will be carried out until the 28th in accordance with the Level 2 social distancing administrative order of Gyeongsangnam-do.
The inspection targets will focus on whether the ban on gatherings is being enforced at 51 entertainment facilities with a high risk of group infection and whether 1,158 restaurants, where dining time is restricted, are complying with quarantine rules.
An inspection team will be organized centered on the Civil Complaints Communication Manager to focus on checking compliance with the ban on gatherings, adherence to dining time restrictions, proper mask-wearing, management of visitor logs, and other mandatory quarantine rules.
Gu In-mo, the mayor of Geochang-gun, said, “I hope that by complying with the Level 2 social distancing rules, not only business operators but all residents will see an end to the difficulties caused by COVID-19 as soon as possible.”
