On the 20th, foreign tourists are watching the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony in front of Daehanmun Gate at Deoksugung Palace in Jung-gu, Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it will resume the Deoksugung Royal Guard Changing Ceremony and the patrol procession, which had been suspended since February when the spread of COVID-19 began.
