Emart Reports 15.7% Increase in Total Sales in September Compared to Same Period Last Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] Emart announced on the 14th that its total sales in September reached 1.5681 trillion KRW, an increase of 15.7% compared to the same period last year.

Discount store sales amounted to 1.1454 trillion KRW, up 11.6% year-on-year, while Traders recorded 300 billion KRW, a 36.4% increase.

The company stated, "Total sales from January to September increased by 4.3% year-on-year to 11.547 trillion KRW, and the same-store sales growth rate was 1.8%."
