Accordingly, residents in landslide-prone areas need to pay close attention to emergency disaster messages and take preemptive evacuation measures.

The Korea Forest Service Landslide Prevention Support Headquarters announced on the 9th that a total of 55 landslides occurred on the 8th alone, and 667 landslides have occurred since the beginning of August, mainly due to heavy rains in the southern regions.
