An Octogenarian Caught Engaging in Indecent Acts on an Apartment Bench in Broad Daylight

The Gyeonggi Goyang Police Station announced on the 20th that they have arrested and are investigating Mr. A (82) on charges of public indecency for performing an obscene act while watching a video inside an apartment complex.

Mr. A is suspected of sitting on a bench inside an apartment complex located in Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, around 3 p.m. on the 19th, watching a video and committing an obscene act.

Residents who witnessed Mr. A reported him to the police, and he was apprehended by officers who arrived at the scene.

During the police investigation, it was revealed that Mr. A had visited his daughter's house and went out briefly, during which he committed the act on a nearby bench.
