[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Geon-ju] Jeonbuk National University, which secured a College of Pharmacy after 30 years of effort, held a vision declaration ceremony and a plaque unveiling ceremony to pledge a leap forward.
According to Jeonbuk National University on the 29th, a large number of attendees including President Kim Dong-won, Dean of the College of Pharmacy Chae Han-jung, university officials, former presidents, Alumni Association President Lee Yong-gyu, Han Min-gu, President of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology, 20th National Assembly members Jeong Dong-young and Kim Kwang-soo, and 21st National Assembly members-elect Lee Sang-jik and Ahn Ho-young gathered to celebrate the full-fledged takeoff of Jeonbuk National University College of Pharmacy.
The vision declaration ceremony, which began with the opening and national anthem, featured the inaugural dean Chae Han-jung proclaiming the vision of the College of Pharmacy as a "Glocal Pharmacy Hub Aiming for Human Health."
Also, pharmacy students Lee Yun-seop and Kim Da-in pledged through the recitation of the oath to grow into innovative bio-pharmaceutical global leaders and life-respecting pharmaceutical service experts.
Following this, at the entrance of the Global Talent Hall, a plaque unveiling ceremony announcing the College of Pharmacy marked the beginning of Jeonbuk National University College of Pharmacy's leap to the outside world.
