Dongdaemun Jinro Career Experience Support Center Selected as an Excellent Case in Operating Regional Startup Experience Centers Nationwide

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor You Deok-yeol) announced on the 29th that the Dongdaemun Career and Job Experience Support Center has been selected as an 'Excellent Case of Nationwide Regional Startup Experience Center Operation.'
The district was recognized for its outstanding achievements through various startup-related education programs it has operated centered on the Dongdaemun Career and Job Experience Support Center, including entrepreneurship, basic and advanced startup courses, and YouTube creator courses.
The district presented these achievements at the 'National Regional Startup Experience Center Project Briefing Session' hosted by the Ministry of Education, held remotely on the 27th.
At this briefing session, attended by regional startup experience centers and metropolitan and provincial education office officials, Dongdaemun-gu shared its unique startup experience education differentiation strategies, program operation achievements, and operational know-how with the participants.
This year, under the theme 'Change Maker,' the program plans to offer opportunities for local youth to recognize social issues in their communities and explore solutions by integrating them with future industries such as the 4th Industrial Revolution or eco-industries.
You Deok-yeol, Mayor of Dongdaemun-gu, stated, "We will actively support various educational programs so that our youth can develop creative thinking and capabilities to lead the future era, thereby creating more excellent cases."
The Dongdaemun Career and Job Experience Support Center was selected as a 'Seoul Regional Startup Experience Center Operating Institution' for two consecutive years, following 2019.
