[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Young-wook] The Gumi City Seonsan Mental Health Welfare Center announced on the 23rd that it will operate the visiting psychological support service "Mind Talk Talk" for public officials by visiting the town and township administrative welfare centers in Seonsan until November.
This project measures the degree of individual depression or stress through job burnout evaluation and depression assessment for public officials, and helps public officials manage stress on their own by providing one-on-one customized personal counseling and mental health-related information.
Choi Hyun-joo, director of the Gumi City Seonsan Health Center, said, "As the COVID-19 emergency has prolonged recently, the fatigue of employees has accumulated, making stress management for public officials more necessary than ever," adding, "We will do our best to help provide healthy public administration services to local residents by managing the stress of civil service officials who respond to civil complaints."
