[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Actor Kang Sung-yeon and jazz pianist Kim Ga-on, a married couple, caught viewers' attention with their realistic parenting struggles.

On the November 11 broadcast of KBS 2TV's "The Men Who Do Housework Season 2" (hereafter "The Men Who Do Housework 2"), Kang Sung-yeon and Kim Ga-on faced various challenges related to parenting, from daily life to preparing for a drama.

In the episode, Kim Ga-on, currently a university professor, had to record online lectures due to the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Kang Sung-yeon checked his face condition, asking, "Honey, are you going to upload it now?" She then joked, "Aren't your lips too pale? When you pinch your lips, they turn red," lightening the mood.

As Kim Ga-on began recording the lecture in earnest, the children started making loud noises. The couple eventually encouraged the kids to play in the master bedroom, but they showed no signs of calming down.

Kim Ga-on then asked, "Honey, sorry, but could you take the kids for a walk?" Kang Sung-yeon took the children for a walk for an hour, struggling with their high energy levels.

Meanwhile, the couple's realistic parenting quarrels sparked great interest from the very first episode after "The Men Who Do Housework 2" moved its airtime from Wednesday afternoons to Saturdays.
