[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] On the 29th, the Minsaeng Party condemned North Korea's launch of two projectiles presumed to be short-range ballistic missiles into the East Sea, stating, "We strongly denounce North Korea's projectile provocations and urge the government to respond firmly."
Choi Do-ja, the chief spokesperson of the Minsaeng Party, said in a commentary on the same day, "Will the government continue to remain indifferent to North Korea's provocations that mock the Republic of Korea and its people?"
Choi added, "With the global death toll from the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) surpassing 30,000, the government's response to North Korea, which has once again heightened security concerns amid this global tragedy, is utterly inadequate."
