Kyungbok University to Host “Community-Linked University Festival” at Namyangju Campus on the 7th and 8th

Kyungbok University will host the "2026 Kyungbok Festival·Kyungbokhyangyeon (景福饗宴)" for two days on the 7th and 8th at the Namyangju Campus.


This festival is a university event linked to the local community, with participation from not only current students and faculty but also local residents.


During the festival, Kyungbok University will operate a variety of programs across the Namyangju Campus, including major experience booths, cultural activities, events, performances, and food programs.


On both days of the festival, program booths will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be major experience booths featuring participation from 43 departments, as well as cultural experience, food and beverage, event and promotional booths, and a booth operated by the student council.

The food area will be open around the Oratorium from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with food trucks and the Bokdattui Pub operating from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Through these, a variety of food and relaxation spaces will be provided for students and local residents attending the festival.


Stage performances will be held at the athletic field on both days.


A Kyungbok University official stated, "The 2026 Kyungbok Festival·Kyungbokhyangyeon is an open festival for university members and the local community to enjoy and interact together," adding, "Through major experience booths, cultural performances, and food programs, it will be a meaningful time to share the vibrant campus culture of Kyungbok University with the local community."


This festival is hosted by Kyungbok University and organized by the 34th Student Council, "Nuri."
