During the video, Sun Tae Kim mentioned the "Chicken Support Event for High School Seniors" he recently hosted on his own channel in collaboration with the BBQ chicken franchise. He explained that he delivered 1,000 chickens to high school seniors in the Chungju area through this content.
Kim went on to say that the chicken they prepared at the time was a bone-in menu, but afterward, he received a DM from a student asking, "Is there no boneless chicken?" He admitted, "I was really taken aback," describing it as an unexpected reaction.
In response, Chimchakman pointed out that the comment may not have been malicious, suggesting it was more along the lines of "If possible, could it be boneless?" He also empathized that it is difficult to meet every request. Kim also recalled the awkwardness, saying, "How could I possibly meet every single request?"
Kim shared another reaction he received. He explained that during the event for high school seniors, a junior student, a high school junior, protested, saying, "Why only the seniors? Why not the juniors?" After encountering such responses, Kim expressed his bittersweet feelings, saying, "After doing it once, it left me with a heavy heart."
Chimchakman commented, "Sometimes, one story like that stays with you more than the good ones," expressing understanding for Kim's feelings. Pani Bottle, who also appeared on the show, remarked on the unfortunate situation where negative reactions from a few can affect the majority.
Meanwhile, Sun Tae Kim became known as "Chungju Man" while working as the head of the New Media Team in the Public Relations Office of Chungju City Hall and running Chungju’s official YouTube channel. After ending his civil servant career this past February, he launched his own personal YouTube channel and has continued creating content. As of now, Sun Tae Kim’s personal YouTube channel has around 1.66 million subscribers.
