Held under the theme "Shine Bright, Bamboo!", the festival was lauded for expanding into a stay-oriented tourism event that harmoniously blended nature, culture, and hands-on experiences. During the festival, 210,000 people visited the main festival site directly, and a total of 690,000 visitors were recorded throughout Damyang-gun.

At Juknokwon, which extended its opening hours until 9 p.m., a variety of programs were offered, including the "Bamboo Grove Cinema," wish plaque hanging, and bamboo instrument experiences. The nighttime scenery illuminated the entire festival area, making Damyang’s nights even more radiant than its days and helping to establish a culture of festivals that can be enjoyed while staying overnight.
The street parade and the unveiling ceremony for Damyang-gun’s new tourism character, both held at the opening ceremony, announced the launch of Damyang’s new brand. In addition, there were a variety of activities for all generations, including bamboo raft rides, the National Speed Drone Competition, and a "Pinkfong Bebefin Musical" to celebrate Children’s Day.
The festival also had a notable impact on the local economy. With the issuance of ticket refund vouchers and the linkage to companion festivals, more than 140 sales and experience booths were bustling with visitors. The county worked to ensure a safe and fair festival by promoting reusable containers and running campaigns to eliminate overcharging, thereby increasing visitor satisfaction.
Lee Jungguk, acting governor of Damyang-gun, said, "The 25th Damyang Bamboo Festival reaffirmed its competitiveness as a stay-type festival with dazzling nighttime scenery and performance content both day and night. We will continue to develop Damyang’s unique charm and grow this festival into one that attracts visitors from around the world."
