Musinsa Standard announced on May 6 that during the '2026 Musinsa Tokyo Pop-up Store,' which was held for a total of 17 days last month (from the 10th to the 26th), transaction volume increased by approximately 170% compared to the same period in the previous month.


In particular, the brand experience created offline led to a surge in online purchases, resulting in the highest monthly transaction volume since the launch of the global store.

Musinsa analyzed the preferences of Japanese female customers and prominently featured items with sophisticated details and moods. The 'Polka Dot Sheer Long-Sleeve T-shirt' and 'Polka Dot Hobo Crossbody Bag,' characterized by dot patterns and flexible silhouettes, ranked among the top sellers and drove sales growth.


Additionally, 'Musinsa Standard Beauty,' which made its debut in the Japanese offline market through this pop-up, achieved strong sales across a wide range of skin and body care products-such as serums, lip essence, and hand creams-thanks to its reasonable pricing and product quality.


The rising local awareness of Musinsa Standard has also led to an increase in visits by Japanese tourists to the brand's offline stores in Korea. Since the Tokyo pop-up in October last year, interest in the brand has grown significantly, and in the first quarter of this year (January to March), transaction volume from Japanese customers at Musinsa Standard stores in Korea increased by 86% compared to the same period last year.
