IPARK Hyundai Development Company announced on the 6th that it will hold the resident-participation event "IPARK Day" for 11,472 households across 14 apartment complexes nationwide.
This event began on April 25-26 at Daejeon IPARK City and will continue until the 17th of this month. Following the event at Beomeo IPARK on May 9-10, it will be held at Cheongju Gagyeong IPARK Complexes 3, 4, and 5, Gunsan Hosu Park IPARK, and Nonsan IPARK on May 16-17.
IPARK Day is an integrated and revamped program based on the "visiting resident-tailored service" first introduced in 2010, now in its 17th year. IPARK Hyundai Development Company plans to gradually expand the scope of the event after hosting it at 14 complexes this year.

Resident-participation activities such as kitchen utensil sharpening and balloon art, as well as complex management services like common area cleaning, are now offered together. Newly introduced resident-participation content includes a flowerpot academy and drawing program. The flowerpot academy, led by a professional instructor, covers everything from selecting plants and pots to hands-on planting, and participating residents can take home the flowerpot they planted. The drawing program is a cultural event where residents of all ages create artwork themed around the apartment complex.
Additional services include disinfection and sterilization of the community center, library, and common areas within the complex, as well as instant photo booths. Social contribution activities such as clothing, book, and home appliance donation campaigns in collaboration with Beautiful Store, and a rice-sharing campaign for vulnerable groups, are also being held. A resident of Daejeon IPARK City who participated in the event commented, "There were so many programs I could participate in myself, so I was able to spend the weekend with my family," and added, "Beyond just a simple event, services that are helpful in everyday life have been introduced, which has deepened my affection for the complex."
A representative from IPARK Hyundai Development Company stated, "We are focusing on raising resident satisfaction by providing content that residents can directly participate in and enjoy," adding, "We will continue to expand differentiated services after monitoring resident satisfaction."
