Following the complete sell-out of its first phase last year, "Sujain Gracent Phase 2 in the Pungmu Station Area" in Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province, is now commencing its official contract period.
BS Hanyang announced that official contracts for "Sujain Gracent Phase 2 in the Pungmu Station Area," supplied in Block B1 of the Pungmu Station Area Urban Development Project in Gimpo, will be held at the model house for three days from May 6 to May 8.
Sujain Gracent Phase 2 in the Pungmu Station Area consists of a total of 639 units: 509 units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters and 130 units with 105 square meters. This is the follow-up supply to the first phase released last year. When the model house opened last month, approximately 18,000 people visited over three days, including the weekend.
This complex is not subject to real estate regulations and is under the price ceiling system for new apartments. The sale prices start in the mid-600 million won range to the low 700 million won range for the 84 square meter units and from the mid-700 million won range to the low 800 million won range for the 105 square meter units. It is evaluated that buyers can purchase a newly built, large-sized apartment at the price of a 30-pyeong older apartment in Seoul.
The extension project of Seoul Subway Line 5 to Gimpo and Geomdan is cited as a major transportation benefit. This project passed the preliminary feasibility study in March. Once the new line opens, accessibility to major business districts in Seoul-such as Magok, Yeouido, and Gwanghwamun-is expected to improve via Pungmu Station.
The complex is situated within access to both Sau Station and Pungmu Station on the Gimpo Gold Line. It is close to Sau Elementary School and Sau High School, as well as Gimpo City Hall, the courthouse, a large hospital, Homeplus, Emart Traders, and other convenient living facilities. The Sau-dong academy district is also within the living sphere.
The floor plans are designed in a plate-type layout with four bays for all units. Every unit includes a dressing room and corridor/entrance pantry, while the 105 square meter units feature an additional multi-purpose room (alpha room).
A representative from BS Hanyang's sales team stated, "There is consistently strong interest from not only Gimpo but also broader areas such as Seoul and Incheon," adding, "The price competitiveness under the price ceiling system, expectations for the extension of Line 5, and the dual living benefits of the Pungmu and Sau areas are key strengths, which is why we expect the positive momentum to continue during the official contract period."
The model house is located near Pungmu Station in Sau-dong, Gimpo.
