원본보기 아이콘The "Low-Sugar Fermented Butter Roll Cake" is made with 100% fermented butter and contains less than 5 grams of sugar per 100 grams. The butter is produced using a traditional European method, in which lactic acid bacteria and other microorganisms are added to cream for fermentation. For the dough, a rice flavor extract derived from matured rice koji is incorporated to enhance the taste.
