Among these, the improvement of school routes and the expansion of experiential facilities reflect suggestions collected from county residents during the primary policy contest. The children's and youth parliament and the youth jury system are new initiatives that have not previously existed and are drawing significant attention.

Jim Jirak stated, "In this era of civic sovereignty, the voices of children are also valuable policy assets," adding, "I will ensure that the opinions of future generations are reflected in county administration."

He quoted an African proverb, "It takes a whole village to raise a child," emphasizing, "I will create an environment where the entire community shares responsibility to ensure that children can grow up happily."

Meanwhile, Jim Jirak continues to communicate with county residents by operating a direct phone line exclusively for receiving policy proposals at any time.
