Hyundai Engineering & Construction is scheduled to begin sales of "Hillstate Yangsan The Sky" in the Mulgeum-eup area of Yangsan, Gyeongsangnam-do in May 2026.
The development will consist of two complexes with a total of 598 units. Complex 1 will feature four buildings, each with four basement levels and 20 floors above ground, offering 299 units with exclusive areas ranging from 68 to 159 square meters. Complex 2 will also comprise four buildings, each with three basement levels and 20 floors above ground, providing 299 units with exclusive areas between 84 and 159 square meters. Approximately 88% of the total supply will be 84-square-meter units, a size highly favored by actual home buyers, and this is expected to attract significant interest from buyers in Yangsan, as well as the neighboring cities of Busan and Gimhae.
According to Hyundai Engineering & Construction, the integrated residential platform "My Hills" will provide a one-stop service, allowing users to access sales and subscription information, book advance visits for prospective residents, request after-sales service, control home IoT devices after moving in, register visitor vehicles, check notices, and view management fees and energy usage. Prospective residents can access sales and contract information and utilize move-in related services. After moving in, residents can use the app to manage vehicles, such as checking preferred parking zones and parking locations, as well as enjoy community features like "H Sharing Center," community meetings, notices, and electronic voting, enabling comprehensive lifestyle management through a single app.
The product features also stand out. All units are designed with a plate-type and 4-bay layout, maximizing storage space with dress rooms and pantries (or alpha rooms). In addition, to enhance the sense of openness, the ceiling height has been set at 2.4 meters, which is 10 centimeters higher than that of typical apartments. Except for the master bedroom, living rooms will feature glass railings instead of standard steel railings, providing a more open feel and a sophisticated exterior appearance.
Notably, Hyundai Engineering & Construction's patented noise-reduction technology, the "H Silent Home System," will be applied to all units in "Hillstate Yangsan The Sky" (excluding some ancillary spaces such as pantries and dress rooms). This further enhances the design competitiveness of the premium "Hillstate" brand.
The surrounding living infrastructure is also robust. The Yangsan City Central Library, swimming pool, and golf practice facility at the Yangsan Central National Sports Center are located right next to the complex. Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital, ranked as the top hospital in the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam region, is nearby, providing easy access to prompt medical services. In addition, there is ample green space, including Obongsan Mountain and Design Park.
Accessibility to Busan and Gimhae is excellent via Busan Subway Line 2 at Jeungsan Station and KTX Mulgeum Station, and transportation conditions are expected to improve further with the opening of the Yangsan Line scheduled for the end of this year.
The model home will be located in the Beomeo-ri area of Mulgeum-eup, Yangsan.
