According to BitPlanet on April 30, Sung-Hoon Lee, CEO of BitPlanet, presented this Bitcoin management model at 'Bitcoin 2026 Las Vegas,' held in Las Vegas, USA, on the 27th and 28th (local time). The event featured a large number of key industry figures, including Michael Saylor, founder and chairman of the board of MicroStrategy, and Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether. Lee was the only speaker representing Korea.

BitPlanet's digital asset treasury strategy is a model for storing and managing Bitcoin as a long-term strategic asset. Beyond simply purchasing and holding Bitcoin, the model aims to hedge against fiat currency inflation and diversify asset portfolios by investing a portion of the cash generated from the company's business operations into Bitcoin and other virtual assets.

CEO Lee emphasizes factors such as corporate revenue growth, positive cash flow, executive competency, capital efficiency, disciplined capital allocation, and robust governance. Acquiring Bitcoin based solely on price premiums makes it difficult to respond to market conditions.
