Kumho Tire Wins Red Dot Design Award for Seventh Consecutive Year

Kumho Tire announced on April 30 that it received the main award in the product design category at the 2026 Red Dot Design Award.

Kumho Tire submitted its all-terrain tire, the 'Roadventure RT', and won the award, marking its seventh consecutive Red Dot Design Award since 2020.

The Roadventure RT is an all-terrain tire that delivers excellent performance on rugged off-road surfaces, such as rocky and muddy roads. To enhance the durability and wear performance of the tread pattern, Kumho Tire applied a robust tie-bar design, and incorporated a 'stone ejector' motif inspired by cracked earth and rocks at the bottom of the grooves, maximizing the off-road aesthetic.

The upper sidewall features a protective block (side biter) design in the shape of a gear, which not only reinforces the product's rugged image but also minimizes the risk of tire damage caused by external impacts, thereby enhancing driving stability.
