Sampyo Group Unveils ‘Sampyo Garden’ at Seoul International Garden Expo

Sampyo Group announced on April 30 that it participated in the '2026 Seoul International Garden Expo,' hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in the Seoul Forest area, and created the Sampyo Garden, where citizens can experience a forest within the city.

The core theme of this garden is 'Forest Road.' Through the medium of a garden, Sampyo Group has expressed its pursuit of harmonious coexistence with nature. In particular, the company focused on restoring the unique natural memories of Seongsu-dong, which were temporarily forgotten during the processes of industrialization and urbanization, and reinterpreting them with a contemporary sensibility.

Kim Bongchan, CEO of The Garden, a leading domestic garden design firm, participated in designing this garden. The project introduced a naturalistic planting technique that does not artificially disrupt the topography and flow of Seoul Forest, maximizing the land’s inherent vitality and allowing citizens to fully experience the tranquility of a deep forest in the heart of the city.

Through this garden, Sampyo Group has been recognized for presenting a blueprint for a sustainable future city where people and nature coexist in harmony. Furthermore, it is expected to offer a preview of the direction of the development of the Sampyo Remicon site, which Sampyo Group is currently pursuing.
