Samzzamzzam Launches 'Safe Refund Compensation System Season 3'

Jobis & Villains announced on April 30 that it has launched the revamped 'Safe Refund Compensation System Season 3' ahead of the regular comprehensive income tax filing period in May.

The Safe Refund Compensation System is a customer protection program in which Jobis & Villains guarantees compensation for users of the Samzzamzzam easy tax filing (refund) service if the actual refund amount differs from the previously informed estimated refund, or if a refund turns into a tax payment liability.

This Season 3 has raised the compensation limit to the highest level in the industry. Samzzamzzam customers can receive compensation for their filing cases up to a maximum of 2 million won.

There is no limit on the number of times a customer can apply for compensation. In addition, since the tax amount is finalized for each applicable year, customers can apply for compensation for each individual case. However, cases attributable to the customer's own fault, such as providing false or incorrect information, are excluded from compensation.
