Dynamic Solution and Giant Chemical Joint Material Business Promotion Agreement Ceremony. Provided by Dynamic Solution
원본보기 아이콘Dynamic Solution has secured exclusive business rights in the field of inorganic chemical materials, embarking on an expansion of its business domain. On April 30, the company announced that it had signed a "joint business promotion agreement" with Giant Chemical, a leading inorganic chemistry company, covering everything from technology development to production and sales.
This collaboration goes beyond simple investment, forming a comprehensive business structure that spans research and development (R&D), commercialization, factory construction, mass production, and sales. Under the agreement, Giant Chemical is responsible for developing the core source technologies, while Dynamic Solution will focus on applied technology development, production, and sales, establishing a clear division of roles.
The company explained that this alliance has secured a foundation for generating substantial revenue. It has already completed product testing and supply discussions with a major domestic conglomerate, referred to as "L," and is in the final stages of signing main contracts with leading companies both in Korea and abroad. This is a result of taking over supply contracts previously secured by Giant Chemical. Dynamic Solution plans to complete the construction of its material plant within the year and begin direct production and supply. Earlier this year, the company acquired the plant site and completed demolition of existing structures, and it is currently undergoing the necessary licensing procedures. As soon as administrative procedures are finalized, construction is set to begin in May.
Additionally, the company has secured a 10-year business license for the production and sale of inorganic materials used in food, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology, laying the groundwork for stable profitability.
Giant Chemical became the first company in Korea to localize and achieve commercial production of magnesium silicate in 2015. Leveraging high purity and competitive pricing, it quickly replaced Japanese and American imports and currently holds the number one position in the domestic market with a share of about 90%.
Recently, the company established a mass production system for silica slurry-a product that was previously heavily reliant on imports-expanding its presence in the thermal interface materials sector. Silica slurry is a key material that rapidly absorbs and dissipates heat, contributing to performance maintenance and lifespan extension in high-performance electronic devices. Through this agreement, Dynamic Solution is expected to leverage Giant Chemical's core technologies to secure a leadership position in the electronic device thermal management market.
This material is being used in a wide range of industries, including thermal runaway prevention for humanoid robots and electric vehicle batteries, thermal management in energy storage systems (ESS), CPU cooling in artificial intelligence data centers, and heat control in semiconductor manufacturing processes. Demand for these materials is rapidly increasing. The global thermal interface materials market is projected to grow from approximately 2.56 billion dollars in 2025 to 5.64 billion dollars by 2034, with an average annual growth rate expected to reach about 9.1%.
The two companies are also developing "gap fillers" in liquid gel form and "thermal pads" that can be processed in various shapes. These two product segments account for about 40% of the entire thermal interface materials market. The recent rise in exchange rates is also creating a favorable environment for entry into the global market. Dynamic Solution's strategy is to secure quality and price competitiveness and take a leading market position through continued investment in facilities and expansion of production capacity.
Myunghoon Baek, CEO of Dynamic Solution, said, "With this agreement, we have established a business structure that goes beyond AI robots and BCI to encompass demand for electronic device thermal management. We also expect synergy effects with our robotics business, such as robotic hands, which are being developed in collaboration with domestic and global companies." He added, "We will use this partnership as a starting point for stabilizing revenue and profitability, and plan to break ground on the country's largest inorganic materials production facility next month."
