The DJ BIC is an index introduced by restructuring the previous Dow Jones Sustainability Index, and is published annually based on the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) conducted by S&P Global. This index is provided to global investors and is used as a responsible investment standard by major asset management companies such as JP Morgan, UBS, and Deutsche Bank.

In this assessment, OCI Holdings received balanced scores across all areas of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG). The company recorded improved scores compared to the previous year in key categories such as supply chain management, climate change response strategies, human rights and labor, and environmental management, leading to its inclusion in the index.

Notably, among 16 domestic chemical companies, only 7 were ultimately included in the index, demonstrating their competitiveness in sustainable management.

Since 2024, OCI Holdings has been strengthening its response to global ESG issues by establishing annual ESG goals and execution strategies through the ESG Management Council, which includes executives from major affiliates.

Sumee Lee, President of OCI Holdings, stated, "This achievement is the result of continuous company-wide efforts to promote ESG management," adding, "We will continue to incorporate ESG into all aspects of decision-making and risk management to pursue sustainable management that meets global standards."

Additionally, OCI Holdings maintained a comprehensive A rating for the third consecutive year in the 2025 ESG assessment conducted by MSCI.

Meanwhile, OCI, a major subsidiary of OCI Holdings, has also been included in the DJ BIC Korea for the third consecutive year.
