POSCO E&C announced on April 29 that it will begin sales for The Sharp Songdo Grand Terre, located in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, this month.
The Sharp Songdo Grand Terre will consist of 15 buildings, ranging from two basement levels up to a maximum of 46 floors above ground. The development includes 1,544 apartment units and 96 residence-type officetel units. The exclusive floor areas of the apartments range from 84 to 198 square meters, with a focus on medium to large layouts.
The complex is planned to be built on blocks G5-1, G5-3, G5-4, G5-5, G5-6, and G5-11. It is the last residential complex to be supplied within the Songdo International Business District (IBD). A park covering approximately 190,000 square meters is planned near the site. Additionally, Yesong Elementary School, Yesong Middle School, and Incheon Science and Arts Gifted School are located nearby, and an elementary school site is planned within the G5 block.
The exterior of the complex has been designed in collaboration with global architectural firm UNStudio to harmonize with the surrounding environment. For the interior design, the 1 and 11 blocks feature a 2.4-meter ceiling height and a three-sided open layout (for select units) to enhance the sense of openness. All units with an exclusive area of 100 square meters or more are designed to offer waterfront views. Furthermore, 150 units will include open balconies, allowing residents to enjoy both the park and the lake.
In terms of transportation, residents will be able to walk to Central Park Station on Incheon Subway Line 1. Incheon National University Station, which is one stop away, is set to be connected to the upcoming GTX-B line. The complex also offers excellent access to the 3rd Gyeongin Expressway and the 2nd Ring Expressway of the Seoul Metropolitan Area, making it easy to travel throughout Incheon and the greater metropolitan region.
The model home will be located in the Songdo-dong area of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. Move-in is scheduled between August 2029 and January 2030.
