As high pre-sale prices persist over the long term, a new residential complex offering tangible financial benefits has emerged, drawing attention from real end-users in their 30s and 40s who are struggling to secure funds.

Doosan Engineering & Construction's "Doosan We've TriniView Gumyung Station" has incorporated Busan City's birth encouragement policy, the "Imom Busan Plan," to lower the entry barriers for newlyweds and households with multiple children. The Imom Busan Plan offers an immediate 5% discount off the pre-sale price at the time of final payment for first-time contract holders among newlyweds and families with multiple children who are eligible for special supply.

In fact, this complex has demonstrated an unprecedented allocation by designating 210 out of a total of 288 general pre-sale units-approximately 73%-for the Imom Busan Plan. Specifically, 84 units are allocated for newlywed special supply, and 126 units for the multiple-children special supply. This bold expansion of special supply and direct price discount policy is expected to provide substantial support for residential stability to younger individuals and households with multiple children who have limited financial resources.

Notably, the complex boasts an outstanding location that lives up to its name. Busan Metro Line 2’s Gumyung Station is located directly in front of the complex, and Gupo Station, which connects to KTX and Line 3, is within walking distance, offering the advantages of a "triple station area." Residents also benefit from an extensive transportation network, including Gupo Bridge, Riverside Boulevard, and the Mandeok-Centum Urban Expressway, enabling rapid access to both downtown and surrounding areas.

In terms of educational environment, Garam Middle School is adjacent to the complex, and Gupo Elementary School is also nearby, ensuring safe commutes for children. Residents can also enjoy panoramic views of the Nakdong River (in select units), as well as nearby natural amenities such as Samnak Ecological Park and Hwamyeong Ecological Park.

Expectations for future value appreciation are also high. The redevelopment of Gupo Station and the project to move Gaya Vehicle Depot underground are underway, while lifestyle infrastructure such as NewCore Outlet and the commercial district in Deokcheon-dong is well established.

"Doosan We've TriniView Gumyung Station" will consist of eight buildings ranging from three basement levels to 26 above-ground floors, with a total of 839 units. Of these, 288 units with exclusive areas of 74 and 84 square meters will be available for general sale.

The model home is scheduled to be located near Deokcheon Station on Geumgok-daero in Busan.
