Everland, operated by the resort division of Samsung C&T Corporation, announced on April 29 that it will present a variety of attractions for the whole family to enjoy during the upcoming Children’s Day holiday period. Guests can experience the newly renovated Safari World, new performances, and even warm water activities all in one place during this holiday.
As part of its May theme project, Everland will launch the “Ever Kids Club,” designed for both children and parents. There will be 10 different programs available, such as “Little Animal Explorers” and “French Little Chef School,” held throughout Everland, including in Panda World and the Sky Garden Path. While children participate in these programs, parents can relax at nearby cafes, allowing the whole family to enjoy a more leisurely and special day together.
A variety of performances, including circus acts, fireworks displays, and parades, will also be available. The “Wings of Memory” show, a collaboration with Eloize-one of Canada’s top three circus production companies alongside Cirque du Soleil and The 7 Fingers-features high-level art circus performances such as contortion, aerial pole, and Russian swing for approximately 40 minutes, delivering thrills and emotional impact to the audience. The special fireworks show “Guardians of Light,” held at the Four Seasons Garden, is a multimedia spectacle that combines thousands of fireworks, large drone installations, 3D visuals, laser mapping, and dynamic sound, creating a vibrant display in the Everland night sky and offering unforgettable Children’s Day memories. Families spanning three generations, from grandparents to grandchildren, can enjoy special admission rates and additional benefits such as priority boarding for Safari World, thanks to family promotions designed for the holiday.
For families who love animals, the renewed Safari World is an appealing choice. With enhanced natural features such as waterfalls and ponds, visitors can observe predators like lions, tigers, and brown bears in a more immersive environment. In particular, the safari tour vehicles have been upgraded to electric (EV) buses, reducing vibration and noise to create a more comfortable viewing experience. The Safari Gift Shop offers new merchandise inspired by actual Everland animals, such as the Korean tiger “Daun” and the lion “Doba.” In addition, the “Walking Zoo Stamp Tour” allows guests to explore the zoo and learn about animals such as giraffes, elephants, and black goats.
For visitors eager to enjoy water activities early in the season, Caribbean Bay water park will open its signature thrill ride, Mega Storm, starting May 1. Mega Storm is a water attraction that combines magnetic levitation water coaster technology with a tornado slide, providing a multi-dimensional thrill through steep drops, rapid ascents, spins, and a zero-gravity experience. Until May 28, guests who visit Everland can enter Caribbean Bay for free from 1:00 p.m. as part of the special “Ever to Cabi” event.
After exploring the attractions, guests can also enjoy three signature dishes at Everland: upgraded Hangaram kimchi stew, grilled mackerel set menu, China Moon’s spicy seafood noodle soup, and Town’s Market’s handmade pork cutlet.
