"Beyond AI Adoption to Organizational Redesign"...Hunet Accelerates Company-wide AX

Expanding AI Adoption Across Non-Development Teams

On April 29, Hunet announced that it is accelerating its Artificial Intelligence Transformation (AX) strategy, which encompasses work processes, organizational culture, and educational systems.

Hunet is simultaneously carrying out AI-based work automation projects across various departments. The company is leading efforts to analyze workflows by job function, apply AI tailored to each characteristic, and drive company-wide work innovation. In addition, for non-development teams, developers are assigned as coordinators to support the development of AI agents optimized for actual work tasks.

The organizational culture is also being restructured with a focus on AX. The “AI Explorers” team, a group of change agents representing different job functions, plays a key role in proactively introducing and verifying AI tools and spreading use cases throughout the organization. Furthermore, seven internal AI learning groups are currently active. Employees are voluntarily developing AI tools that can be directly used in their work, from news clipping to company-wide AI agents and educational collaboration tools, as they experiment with AX.

Investment in AI education has also been strengthened. In addition to inviting external experts for special lectures, the company is expanding hands-on training. In particular, the “Vibe Coding” practical training program is designed so that internal employees can serve as instructors and create AI agents tailored to their own work needs.

Youngtak Cho, CEO of Hunet, stated, “Based on our employees’ AI utilization experience, we aim to provide more advanced AI training to our clients and grow as an APL (AI Powered Learning) company.”
