원본보기 아이콘Byeolgumjari means "a home where stars dream." The program was designed to help underprivileged children pursue their dreams in a safer and more comfortable environment.
Previously, in November last year, Shinsegae Property initiated a residential environment improvement project for underprivileged children, combining the company's spatial planning expertise with construction support from Shinsegae Construction. This year, the scale of the project will be expanded approximately fourfold compared to last year, targeting a total of 12 households annually. In the first half of the year, the project will improve the residential conditions of six households in Hanam and Goyang. In the second half, the initiative will be extended to include Goyang and Cheongna.
This year, about 100 employees from Shinsegae Property and Shinsegae Construction will participate as "Byeolgum Supporters," volunteering in the renovation of living spaces by replacing wallpaper and flooring and reinforcing walls. Shinsegae Casa will also support the project by providing essential furniture such as beds, desks, and storage cabinets, helping children to live and study in a more stable environment.
A Shinsegae Property representative explained, "The scale and quality of the project have increased thanks not only to the talent donations of employees from Shinsegae Property and Shinsegae Construction, but also to Shinsegae Property's financial support and Shinsegae Casa's furniture donations."
