On April 29, Enox Lithium announced that it has signed a contract with LX International to supply 600 tons of lithium hydroxide and has begun shipments of the contracted volume.
This supply marks the first revenue generated by Enox Lithium since its establishment and is expected to serve as the starting point for its full-scale participation in the secondary battery value chain. As LX International is currently working to expand its battery and critical mineral supply chain, this transaction also represents a meaningful expansion of cooperation between the two companies.
The company emphasized that this contract goes beyond simple delivery, serving as proof of the quality and market competitiveness of its high-purity lithium hydroxide. With ongoing discussions for additional supply with global clients, this achievement is expected to serve as an important reference for expanding overseas sales channels and diversifying its customer base in the future.
The company is also accelerating its efforts to penetrate the domestic market. Starting on April 28, Enox Lithium began supplying lithium hydroxide products for final approval to domestic battery manufacturers. Previously, in February, it had shipped sample products for customer evaluation.
Given that each battery manufacturer requires different quality standards for lithium hydroxide, the company has secured the technological capability to meet a variety of customer needs. The products supplied this time are also known to meet multiple standards and possess top-tier quality.
Additionally, by streamlining process management, the company succeeded in shortening the plant stabilization period and began shipments about four to five months earlier than initially planned.
A representative from Enox Group stated, "Enox Lithium considers its customer-tailored 'total lithium solution' as a core value," adding, "We will continue to contribute to the stabilization of both domestic and overseas secondary battery supply chains by supplying products that meet a wide range of quality requirements."
