Home & Shopping announced on April 29, 2026, that it will hold the “Ilsacheonri Academy,” its flagship educational program designed to promote collaborative growth with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
This training session will take place at the Home & Shopping headquarters in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and is particularly significant as it represents the third round in a program that operates six times annually.
The Ilsacheonri Academy, launched in 2024, is a joint growth initiative aimed at helping outstanding products and ideas from SMEs reach broader markets.
The program is held regularly to strengthen practical distribution capabilities, and is expected to enhance the competitiveness of participating companies through field-oriented education.
This third round of the academy is specifically targeted at partner companies selected for the “Ilsacheonri Project,” focusing on providing a comprehensive, step-by-step guide to the entire process from entering TV home shopping channels to conducting broadcast sales. The aim is to reduce the uncertainty and burden SMEs may experience during the distribution process and to support their stable entry into the market.
The training will cover a variety of practical topics, including: ▲Understanding the structure and overall operations of TV home shopping ▲Home shopping quality standards and product preparation processes ▲Broadcasting review regulations ▲Building efficient delivery processes ▲Customer service response strategies ▲Preparing to participate in SME product fairs ▲Strategies for entering overseas markets.
A Home & Shopping representative stated, “This third session of the Ilsacheonri Academy has been designed to resolve the challenges our partners face in real distribution environments and to help them achieve tangible results,” adding, “We will continue to provide various forms of support to ensure that SMEs can build competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth.”
