The Yuilhan Scholarship is a scholarship program established in 2024 to support master's and doctoral students dedicated to academics and research, enabling them to continue their academic achievements in a stable environment.

For 2026, a total of 147 recipients were selected from 43 universities nationwide. These scholars represent a wide range of disciplines and are regarded as future leaders in academia and industry. Among this year's scholarship recipients, 36 (approximately 25%) are international students.

The event was attended by key figures including Hee-Mok Won, Chairman of the Yuhan Foundation, Sang-Hoo Choi, Chairman of Yuhan School Foundation, and Wookje Cho, CEO of Yuhan Corporation, who congratulated and encouraged the scholarship recipients.

In his congratulatory remarks, Chairman Won stated, "I hope that you will not only achieve academic excellence but also grow into responsible individuals who contribute to society."

The Yuhan Foundation was established in 1970 to carry on the legacy of Dr. Ilhan New, an independence activist, entrepreneur, and educator. The foundation has consistently focused on scholarship programs, talent development, and social contribution activities. To date, the cumulative number of scholarship recipients has reached approximately 10,000.
