For the second round, the final ranking will be determined by combining the online voting results (50%) and the qualitative evaluation by internal and external judges (50%) to ensure objectivity and expertise in the assessment.
The city will select the top three winners based on the combined scores and plans to announce the final results in May.
The prize money will be awarded as follows: 500,000 won for the grand prize (1 individual or team), 300,000 won for the excellence award (1 individual or team), and 200,000 won for the encouragement award (1 individual or team).
Anyone can participate in the vote via links posted on the Gwangmyeong City Hall, Gwangmyeong Win-Win Platform, and Gyeonggi Technopark websites, as well as their official social media channels.
The winning entries may be modified or adapted by Gwangmyeong City as needed. If it is found after the announcement that an entry has already won another contest or is not an original work, the award may be revoked and the prize money reclaimed.
Choi Hyemin, Acting Mayor (Deputy Mayor) of Gwangmyeong City, stated, "We will conduct a fair evaluation to ensure that the name best reflecting the vision of the Gwangmyeong Win-Win Platform is selected," adding, "As each citizen's choice shapes the identity of the platform, we ask for your active interest and participation."
