The seven instructors, including Senior Chief Petty Officer Hwang Jisik of the Department of Propulsion Systems Engineering, visited Pulip Village, a welfare facility for the disabled located in Changwon and operated by the Sunrin Welfare Foundation. The foundation was originally established by missionaries from the Evangelical Alliance Mission of America to aid war orphans. Since 1978, it has transformed into a welfare facility for people with disabilities, supporting their adaptation and integration as members of the local community.

On the same day, an event hosted by the local government was held at the Changwon Convention Center, where the instructors assisted users of the welfare foundation, functioning as their hands and feet.

The volunteer activity was specifically organized to assist severely disabled individuals, for whom mobility outside is far more critical than material support. The instructors safely assisted users with severe disabilities who use wheelchairs, helping them move to the event venue.

They also delivered lunch boxes and actively accompanied the users on a walk through Changwon Arboretum.

Lieutenant Moon Jimyeong, head of the Department of Propulsion Systems Engineering and a participant in the volunteer activity, stated, "We will continue to promote various volunteer activities for our marginalized neighbors. I will strive to maintain these valuable connections so that we can be a reliable source of strength when we are together."
