The public health center will serve as a "pacesetter," creating a systematic environment and providing expert guidance to help participants maintain their commitment over 100 days and achieve a healthy weight on their own.
The main components of the "100-Day Miracle" program include: pre- and post-body composition analysis; customized consultations with nutrition and exercise experts; a 100-day walking challenge using the mobile app "Walkon" to encourage daily practice; nutrition education for proper diet management; and in-person physical activity training to teach effective exercise methods.
A representative from Pyeongtaek Public Health Center stated, "The core of this program goes beyond simple weight loss-it's about empowering citizens to understand and manage their own bodies. We hope that, through the 100-Day Miracle in collaboration with the health center, many citizens will regain a healthier and more vibrant daily life."
