This project was established to reinterpret 'traditional sauces,' the core assets of Damyang and Sunchang, in a modern way and to create original local content that embodies the region's identity. The goal is not only to launch new products, but also to share the values of patience and dedication found in fermentation with local bakers, and to foster local brands that possess both marketability and regional character.

The target applicants are businesses located in Damyang County and Sunchang County, with a total of three companies to be selected for support. The application period runs from April 27 to May 29, and interested businesses can download the application form from the Damyang County Cultural Foundation website and submit it via email.

A representative from the Damyang County Cultural Foundation stated, "This project is a meaningful attempt to establish new dessert trends by utilizing our region's unique ingredients," adding, "We hope to see enthusiastic participation from capable local businesses that can reinterpret the flavors of Damyang and Sunchang with a global sensibility."

Further details on the project, including its contents and implementation schedule, can be found on the Damyang County Cultural Foundation website's notice board, and inquiries can be directed to the foundation's cultural policy team. This collaborative project is expected to serve as a new driving force for the mutual development of Damyang and Sunchang and for revitalizing local tourism.
