MyBrown, a pet insurance specialist, announced on the 28th that it has launched a new advertising campaign featuring actor Yoo Seungho as the model.

The campaign goes beyond simply introducing product features, focusing instead on conveying empathy about how the lives of pet owners change as they care for their pets' health through MyBrown. It aims to naturally demonstrate the role of insurance throughout the pet care journey, based on the concerns of owners who treat their pets like family.


In particular, the campaign highlights the financial burden of veterinary bills, which is often cited as a key reason why owners hesitate to seek medical treatment for their pets. Through the core message, "Trust only MyBrown and go to the hospital! Be courageous," the company conveys its philosophy of helping owners make more proactive decisions about visiting the vet.


The campaign consists of three segments: a brand PR advertisement supporting active utilization of insurance; a real-time claim segment showing insurance payouts reflected instantly at the veterinary clinic; and a segment focused on reasonable premiums and robust coverage.


In the real-time claim segment, the campaign intuitively depicts situations where owners may hesitate over diagnostic tests due to medical expenses, while also showing how insurance payouts are applied instantly at the payment stage in the clinic. By showing that just presenting a QR code allows for automatic insurance processing, the ad emphasizes the convenience of the real-time claim service, which reduces the hassle of traditional insurance claims.


In the premium segment, MyBrown highlights its strongest competitive edge by mentioning coverage for 12 high-cost treatments and diagnostic tests, including MRI, CT scans, and endoscopy, all for a monthly premium in the 10,000 won range. Rather than being limited to specific events like surgery, the insurance is positioned as covering a wide range of everyday illnesses chosen by veterinarians, emphasizing both the expertise of the insurance and the reasonableness of its premium.


The commercial was shot with Yoo Seungho once again, following the previous campaign. MyBrown reported that Yoo Seungho, known for being a cat owner, delivered a natural performance during filming.


Notably, Yoo Seungho is continuing a partnership that goes beyond that of a typical model, having recently participated in MyBrown's International Dog Day charity event.
