In his inaugural remarks, Managing Attorney Won stated, "We will further develop Dongin's unique and rational system, proactively recruit talent from diverse fields, pursue M&A with other law firms that can create synergy with Dongin, and drive AI innovation to establish Dongin as an 'intelligent law firm,' thereby ushering in a new qualitative leap for the firm."
Since its founding in 2004, Dongin has rapidly scaled up through strategic mergers, including with law firms Human and Dain. Dongin currently has 230 attorneys, including former judges and prosecutors as well as experts from various specialized fields. With the launch of Changyeon Won’s leadership, the firm is expected to further strengthen its organizational foundation and enhance its external competitiveness.
