The new products utilize ube, an ingredient that has recently attracted attention in food and beverage markets both domestically and internationally. Ube is a type of purple yam commonly enjoyed in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries, known for its nutty flavor similar to sweet potatoes and its subtle sweetness.

'Ube Fresh Cream Bread' features layers of purple ube fresh cream and custard cream inside the bread. It will be launched as a refrigerated bakery item.

'Ube Latte,' which will be launched first at directly operated stores, is a beverage that combines the distinctive flavor and sweet aroma of ube with a creamy texture and a gentle sweetness. The range of stores offering Ube Latte will gradually expand starting next month.
