From May 1 to May 5, the Centum City branch will host a pop-up for "Bonatz," a popular children's clothing brand on social networking services, while the Gangnam branch will showcase a pop-up for "The Future Shop," a renowned brand of AI robot toys.
There will also be interactive events for families. During the event period, all locations will hold a prize event called "Spin in the Wonderbox," awarding Puvilla merchandise and kids' gift packages, among other prizes. Additionally, the Centum City, Daegu Shinsegae, Daejeon Shinsegae Art&Science, Uijeongbu, and Times Square branches will operate the "Puvilla Selfie Box," where families can take commemorative photos together.
At Gwangju Shinsegae, a "face painting" event will be held for family customers; at South City, there will be a "stepper game" for children to enjoy by stepping on pads; at the Gimhae branch, a Pororo Parade will be featured; and at the Masan branch, children can meet the tall clown character. South City will also offer kids-only classes such as sand play and light drawing experiences.
Shinsegae Department Store will give customers who purchase children's products using a Shinsegae affiliated credit card up to 10% of their payment amount back in Shinsegae gift certificates. Furthermore, customers will receive a 20,000 won discount voucher with a purchase of 200,000 won and a 10,000 won voucher with a purchase of 100,000 won.
Lee Sunghwan, Executive Vice President in charge of sales strategy at Shinsegae Department Store, stated, "As the number of births rises, consumption of infant and children's brands at department stores is also increasing," and added, "We will further strengthen our differentiated content related to kids."
