The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency announced on April 27 that they are recruiting trainees for the 5th class of the "K-Content Export Marketer Training Program" until May 25. Around 100 new and current trainees will be selected.

This training program, which was launched in 2022, has produced 335 graduates over the past four years. Of these, 214 individuals, or 63.8%, have entered the content industry.

This year, the program will strengthen specialized training by genre, including broadcasting, games, webtoons, and music. It will include market trend analysis and hands-on training for developing tailored export strategies for each genre. Practical training will also be expanded to cover marketing planning using AI, consumer research, and data analysis.

The curriculum is divided into common education, specialized education, and foreign language (business English) education. Approximately seventy industry experts, including those from global content production companies, will participate as instructors.

After the training, support will be provided for field placement. A new "industry onboarding" support program has been created to offer new trainees internship opportunities of at least four weeks at content-related companies. Employment support, including resume writing, interview coaching, and portfolio development, will be provided on an ongoing basis. All training expenses are fully covered.
