원본보기 아이콘On April 27, the city announced that Yongin FC had defeated Gimhae FC 4-1 in the ninth-round home match of the 'Hana Bank K League 2 2026,' held at Mir Stadium on the afternoon of the 26th.
The opening goal for Yongin FC was scored by Brazilian forward Gabriel, who returned from a recent injury and netted the first goal just two minutes into the first half. Then, in the 17th minute of the first half, national team striker Suk Hyunjun scored his first-ever K League goal, allowing Yongin FC to take the initiative with consecutive goals. In the 36th minute, Kim Minwoo converted a corner kick from Kim Hanseo into the third goal, significantly widening the lead.
Yongin FC maintained their dominant play in the second half. In the fourth minute of the second half, Suk Hyunjun found the net again, scoring a multi-goal performance following his debut goal in the K League.
Yongin FC conceded a goal in the tenth minute of the second half, but by successively bringing on Kim Boseop, Yoo Donggyu, Lee Jinseop, Kim Jongseop, and Lee Jaehyung, the team focused on securing the win and finished the match with a 4-1 victory.
With this match, Yongin FC recorded 1 win, 3 draws, and 4 losses (8 points), climbing up to 15th place in the standings.
