The Standing Auditor participated directly, promoting healthy communication and the internalization of public service ethics within the organization. In particular, the program went beyond simple education and was structured as an experiential activity, focusing on building a shared sense of integrity values among participants.
The exploration included visits to historical sites associated with integrity, such as the Yulgok Yi I Historic Site and the Hwang Hui Historic Site. Participants learned about the spirit of clean government and the ethics required of public officials through explanations provided by cultural interpreters, and took time to reflect on the meaning of integrity based on historical examples.
Additionally, at the Yulgok Arboretum, a forest healing program was conducted in parallel, allowing participants to freely share opinions for improving organizational culture through open communication in a natural setting.
Jeong Songhak, Standing Auditor of the Association, stated, "This integrity-themed cultural exploration was an effective activity that combined experience and communication, going beyond simple education. We will continue to spread a culture of anti-corruption and integrity throughout the organization by implementing various participatory programs in the future."
The Association was selected as an outstanding institution for anti-corruption activities by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in 2025 and plans to continuously promote integrity education and related initiatives.
