On April 27, at the National Assembly in Yeouido, Seoul, National Assembly Speaker Woo Wonshik is explaining the symbolic stone engraved with the phrase "The National Assembly of the Republic of Korea: The Last Bastion of Democracy" to former President Moon Jae-in and his wife, as well as other attendees at the ceremony commemorating the 8th anniversary of the April 27 Panmunjom Declaration.
