GlobalTopNet, an IT company based in Busan, is gaining attention in the industry by simultaneously securing server safety technology and software quality competitiveness.

The company recently announced that it has completed the patent registration for its "Fire-Responsive Cooling and Fire Suppression Integrated System for Computing Servers." The core of this technology is its ability to detect fires occurring in servers in real time and to perform both cooling and fire suppression functions simultaneously, with the goal of minimizing damage in data centers or high-density server environments.

Previously, fire response systems and cooling systems in server infrastructure were often operated separately, but this new technology integrates both into a single system, improving response speed and efficiency. It is expected to be highly useful in various fields, including artificial intelligence computing environments, public institution server rooms, and cloud data centers.

This patent was officially registered in April 2026 and has been recognized for its originality and industrial applicability.

In addition, GlobalTopNet announced that its self-developed cloud backup solution has obtained Grade 1 in the domestic software quality certification system GS (Good Software). The GS certification is awarded to software that passes strict standards in functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency, with Grade 1 indicating the highest level of quality.

The industry is paying attention to the fact that GlobalTopNet has secured both patent-based infrastructure technology and the highest grade software certification. This is evaluated as a case that proves not only technological development, but also actual commercialization and market applicability.

A company representative said, "The importance of server stability and data protection is increasing," adding, "We will continue to provide a safer IT infrastructure environment based on our fire response technology and cloud backup solution."

Meanwhile, GlobalTopNet plans to continue expanding its business, focusing on the public sector and data center markets.
