The "Yangju Hydrogen City Development Project" was selected as a public offering project by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and is being implemented from 2024 to 2028. During the meeting, support measures for the early establishment of a hydrogen ecosystem by realizing the full cycle of hydrogen production, transportation, and utilization within the city were discussed.

Strategies for the Defense Industry Innovation Cluster project, which is centered around Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley, as well as approaches to attract anchor companies and institutions to both Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley and Eunnam General Industrial Complex, were also discussed.

Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley will be specialized as a hub for research and development (R&D), testing, and certification, while Eunnam Industrial Complex will be specialized as a base for advanced manufacturing and smart logistics. Plans were presented to attract leading companies in strategic industries to each location.
