AI content technology company Fandom Global Co., Ltd. has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with AI-based virtual content company AIROMIX Co., Ltd. The two companies have agreed to jointly explore next-generation entertainment collaboration strategies that combine AI virtual content with a Web3-based user participation model.
This agreement aims to review the possibilities for new digital content experiences and business models by leveraging the content technology and global Web3 network of FandoraAI, a platform owned by Fandom Global, alongside AIROMIX's capabilities in emotion-based AI character and universe IP planning.
Through this MOU, the two companies plan to discuss phased collaboration opportunities in various fields, including AI virtual content, platform integration technology, user participation services, and global community expansion. In particular, key collaboration topics will include content production partnership models that integrate AI video generation technology with virtual character IP, user-friendly utilization of Web3, joint marketing, and the potential for global expansion.
AI content technology collaboration is also one of the core discussion areas. Fandom Global plans to review partnership models that could integrate FandoraAI’s video generation technology with AIROMIX’s virtual character and story-based content. Through this, both companies intend to seek greater efficiency in producing various forms of virtual content, including character videos, story-based content, and performance-oriented content.
In the Web3 sector, discussions will focus on connecting services in ways that are easily accessible to general users. Rather than emphasizing complex technical structures, the companies aim to review user-centric models where content consumption, community activities, and participation experiences are naturally interconnected.
Collaboration will also be pursued in marketing and community expansion. The two companies plan to keep open the possibility of joint campaigns, participatory events, and global community-linked programs, with the aim of expanding touchpoints with both domestic and international users.
Additionally, Fandom Global and AIROMIX plan to hold ongoing, long-term discussions on the digital scalability and global commercialization potential of AIROMIX's virtual character and content IP assets.
A Fandom Global representative stated, "This agreement marks a starting point for jointly reviewing AI content technology, virtual IP, and the potential for global community expansion," adding, "We will seek new forms of digital entertainment collaboration models based on the strengths of both companies."
An AIROMIX representative commented, "We are opening up various possibilities for collaboration to expand emotion-based AI characters and user participation-driven content experiences," and added, "We aim to create a new direction for virtual content where technology and content are seamlessly connected."
Both companies plan to continue with step-by-step discussions following this agreement, with the intention of continuously discovering practical cooperation opportunities in the AI-based virtual content market.
