Cho Kuk, the party leader, was unable to attend in person due to the schedule of the Pyeongtaek National Assembly by-election, but offered his support through a congratulatory video. In the video, Cho stated, "Even during a short term, candidate Jeong Cheolwon has driven change in Damyang. He has worked in the field with the utmost humility, meticulously safeguarding budgets and policies for the residents." He urged, "Please give overwhelming support to Jeong Cheolwon, who has proven himself as a dedicated public servant." Other members of the Party for National Innovation, including Kim Junhyung and Kang Kyungsook, also sent congratulatory messages via video.

Candidate Jeong Cheolwon emphasized, "I believe politics should be proven by results, not just words. I will respond to the residents with actions rather than promises." He continued, "The transformation of Damyang has already begun over the past year. I earnestly ask for your overwhelming support once more so that this change does not stop midway and can be seen through to the end."

Starting with the opening ceremony, Jeong plans to accelerate his campaign by presenting concrete policies and a vision to lead the future of the region. The Party for National Innovation also announced its determination to take full responsibility for the development of Damyang alongside candidate Jeong, pledging its all-out support.
